I usually store greens in the same way in the summer, when there is a lot of it and you don’t use it all at once. So dill and parsley remain fresh for a very long time. But for the winter I prefer to freeze them so as not to take up space in the refrigerator with jars. Although, frozen dill is not suitable, for example, for decoration, and its taste changes a little. And when you want to serve a dish beautifully, fresh sprigs of herbs from a jar are what you need.
