Fougasse flatbreads from Richard Bertinet
Traditional French flatbread, flavorful and crispy. Fougasse is a very tasty flatbread originally from France. Despite the simplest set of products, it turns out to be very aromatic, and most importantly, it is prepared in the form of a leaf or sheaf of wheat. These flatbreads can also be prepared with filling; you can simply add fried onions, baked peppers or olives, or whatever you want, to the dough during kneading.
