Fougasse flatbreads from Richard Bertinet

Traditional French flatbread, flavorful and crispy. Fougasse is a very tasty flatbread originally from France. Despite the simplest set of products, it turns out to be very aromatic, and most importantly, it is prepared in the form of a leaf or sheaf of wheat. These flatbreads can also be prepared with filling; you can simply add fried onions, baked peppers or olives, or whatever you want, to the dough during kneading. The flatbreads are very easy to prepare, but their appearance captivates both adults and children. Fougasses are obtained with a crispy crust on the outside and a soft, airy crumb on the inside. Recipe from Richard Bertinet.

Irisha, you can confuse your land mines and military land mines, but both of them carry an explosion, only yours is emotional, I came up with such bombs - but how can they be used to their advantage? If you add onions, paprika, olives, then they cannot be served with any first course. It’s a shame, but if you add fruit to the dough and sprinkle with goodies, then they will go perfectly with coffee, well, I’m glad, thank you, the recipe will take root in any cafe, and even more so in our kitchen

Thank you very much, I really love working with dough) it’s so nice to work with it, the flatbreads turn out very tasty and very beautiful) I also ate a warm flatbread with milk, although in general I practically don’t eat bread at all, it’s very tasty and the main thing is that you can add a lot of bread to the dough number of different fillings I really hope you like it
