You can take salted or smoked fish, like mine. It is better to slightly freeze it first to make it easier to cut. Take cheese without additives, it is less salty - there will be enough salt in fish and caviar.
STEP 2

Cut the red fish into thin slices. It will be more convenient and faster to use ready-made cuttings.
STEP 3

Divide the curd cheese into two equal parts.
STEP 4

Combine one part of the cheese with cod roe. Instead of cod caviar, you can take caviar from other species - pollock, carp, pike, etc. Try to choose caviar without unnecessary additives in the composition (in the form of oil or sauce).

Mix the cheese and caviar until smooth.
STEP 6

Place the first cake on a flat dish or board suitable for serving.
STEP 7

Brush the crust with the cheese and cod roe mixture.

Place fish slices on top.

Lubricate the fish with a thin layer of cream cheese without additives. Cover the top with the second cake layer. Repeat the layers again - curd cheese with caviar, fish, curd cheese. Then place the third and final cake layer. And repeat again: cheese with caviar - fish - cheese.
STEP 10

The top layer should be curd cheese without additives. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak. Before serving, decorate the cake with herbs, vegetables and red fish roses. Napoleon with fish is ready, serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
