Serves as a table decoration and is an excellent snack. Prepare the Fiesta Salad. In my circle of relatives and friends, it has proven itself well as a light dish for the holiday table. It will complement the New Year's table very well and not only the New Year's table.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 3 hr
STEP 1
First you need to boil the chicken breast by adding allspice, cloves, bay leaf and salt to the water. Once cooked, let cool.
STEP 2
While the chicken is cooking, you can chop the mushrooms and onions. Then fry them in a frying pan and let them cool.
STEP 3
Cut fresh cucumbers into thin strips.
STEP 4
Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
STEP 5
Cut the chicken breast into pieces.
STEP 6
Place everything in a salad container in layers, rub each layer on top with mayonnaise. Place the chicken on the lowest layer.

The second layer is mushrooms and onions.
