  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Take a good piece of pork belly with layers of meat (size enough to fit into the multicooker bowl), peel it with a knife and wipe it with a napkin. Prepare the rest of the ingredients.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Chop the garlic, combine with peppers and salt.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

We make punctures in the brisket on all sides with a long narrow knife.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Rub it with the aromatic mixture and place bay leaves on top.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pack the brisket tightly into a baking bag and tie the ends well.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour two glasses of water into the multicooker bowl and add our bag. Turn on any strong mode, for example, Steaming, bring to a boil. Then we switch to the Multicook mode at 100 degrees for an hour and a half.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

After this, take out the bag with the brisket and put it in a cool place to cool (overnight). In the morning, unpack, remove the jelly, cut into plastic pieces and serve beautifully. Bon appetit!

Very tasty brisket. I'll have to try it, there's a piece of brisket in the freezer.

Thanks for the recipe. I love brisket. But the prices in the store these days are steep :(. You should try homemade, it will be healthier, if only because of the lack of preservatives.

Good afternoon. I understand that if you bake in the oven, you don’t need water?

IrenDV, this turned out to be some delicious meat. You can probably change the spices at your discretion. Thanks for the recipe!<br />

Beauty!!! I'll take note - sometimes you really want a non-diet treat!!! Moreover, everything is so simple and without problems! And this is so important for me - I have very little free time....
