Festive brisket in a sleeve in a slow cooker

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Take a good piece of pork belly with layers of meat (size enough to fit into the multicooker bowl), peel it with a knife and wipe it with a napkin. Prepare the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 2
Chop the garlic, combine with peppers and salt.
STEP 3
We make punctures in the brisket on all sides with a long narrow knife.
STEP 4
Rub it with the aromatic mixture and place bay leaves on top.
STEP 5
Pack the brisket tightly into a baking bag and tie the ends well.
STEP 6
Pour two glasses of water into the multicooker bowl and add our bag. Turn on any strong mode, for example, Steaming, bring to a boil. Then we switch to the Multicook mode at 100 degrees for an hour and a half.
STEP 7
After this, take out the bag with the brisket and put it in a cool place to cool (overnight). In the morning, unpack, remove the jelly, cut into plastic pieces and serve beautifully. Bon appetit!
