Estimate the size of the pita bread in advance so that it not only takes up the entire shape, but also extends beyond it. My molds are 10*5 cm in size, I cut the pita bread into a square with a side of 18 cm. Place the pita bread in the molds, forming baskets.

I accidentally saw a recipe for eggs in pita bread in the oven and wanted to make such a breakfast. I formed baskets in small ceramic molds. To do this, I cut out two squares from pita bread. For the filling I replaced the ham with boiled sausage. I took Maasdam cheese and grated it on a medium grater. Replaced the tomatoes with drops of tomato ketchup. I immediately mixed the eggs with the filling, I think it’s more convenient this way. Bake for exactly 5 minutes. I immediately took the baskets out of the molds so that the bottom did not get damp. The pita bread had noticeably dried out around the edges; we broke off these pieces and dipped them in ketchup. Very tasty stuff! I especially liked the combination of eggs and cheese.
