  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make yeast dough without eggs easily? Prepare the necessary products. Take premium wheat flour, vegetable oil: cold-pressed olive or refined sunflower, devoid of a bright fried aroma, so that the dough does not absorb it. Warm water can be replaced with milk, then the dough will be more tender and fluffy.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour salt and sugar into a deep bowl. If you plan to bake delicious bread or pizza, then you can add dried thyme, rosemary, and a mixture of Italian herbs to these spices. It is necessary to add sugar - it balances the salt and activates the yeast.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour in warm water at a temperature no higher than 37 C, add 1 tbsp. wheat flour and dry yeast. Do not add oil at this stage, as it will slow down the growth of the dough. If you accidentally forget and pour oil, then simply leave the dough for a little longer - about 40-50 minutes. Mix thoroughly until smooth, leave under a towel for 25-30 minutes in a warm place.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

The dough is considered ready when numerous bubbles appear on its surface and fall off! If there is no reaction, then the yeast has not been activated and you need to take another one; the dough will not work with these. To better understand what types of yeast there are and how to work with them, I recommend reading an article on this topic. The link is at the end of the recipe.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

As soon as the bubbles have subsided, add the remaining sifted wheat flour, leaving a little for kneading the dough, pour in the vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Do not overfill the dough with flour; it should not be dense, but rather sticky and viscous. Remember that you may need less or more flour, you can read more about this in the article, the link to it is at the end of the recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the dough on a work surface and knead in flour for about 10-15 minutes. After this, grease your hands with vegetable oil, roll the dough in your palms, forming a bun out of it, and place it in a deep bowl. Cover with a towel or cloth and leave warm for 40-50 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

After time, the dough will at least double in size and yeast dough without eggs in water, prepared at home, will be completely ready! Grease the work surface with vegetable oil and pinch off pieces of dough, forming them into pies, whites or other baked goods.

I needed a simple pizza dough recipe. I liked this dough made from simple and affordable products. I made yeast dough without eggs simply and without difficulty. I prepared it exactly following the steps of the recipe. The dough turned out great, covered with bubbles in just 20 minutes. I kneaded the dough, it came out sticky, but I didn’t add more flour so that it wouldn’t be dense. I kneaded the dough with my hands, greased with oil. The dough rose twice. It turned out to be a wonderful dough without adding eggs. Pizza with yeast dough according to this recipe turned out fluffy, soft and very tasty. An excellent option for a simple and inexpensive water test. Thank you!

There was no filling on hand, so I had to make small round buns in the oven. I didn’t even expect that water and flour would produce such a fluffy dough. I tried it before and it didn't work. Now I understand why. I immediately kneaded the dough, but I had to prepare the dough. I changed the proportions a little: half a sachet of 12g of yeast per half liter of water, a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of sugar with topping. The dough, however, took 2-3 hours instead of half an hour. By the way, the second tip, that you need to let the dough sit, also helped a lot. The dough has risen 2 times more. You need to prepare the filling and try using slaked soda in milk and throwing it into the finished dough. Let's experiment. The main thing is that we got off the ground. Thanks for the recipe.
