STEP 1

Wash and dry the raisins. Cut the candied fruits into small pieces. Roll out the finished dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Grease with butter. Evenly distribute raisins, candied fruits over the dough and sprinkle with sugar, vanilla sugar and a little cinnamon (optional). Then carefully roll it up.
STEP 3

Transfer the roll to a baking sheet (cover the baking sheet with paper or grease it with oil and dust it with flour). Roll the roll into a ring and make cuts. Let it rise for about 20 minutes, then brush it with egg (the egg can be diluted with milk or water).
STEP 4

Bake the Easter flower in a preheated oven at 180-200C for 25-30 minutes.
