The dough for dumplings with kefir according to the recipe of Maria Kruus, natali is soft, elastic, holds its shape well when cooked, does not spread, and the filling does not “run away” from it. The dumplings are not hard at all. I had some fried champignons left, I chopped them and added them to the filling. With sour cream and herbs it turned out to be a very tasty, satisfying, complete breakfast.

I made dumplings according to a similar recipe, but added 3 tbsp to the dough. vegetable oil and cooked the dumplings not in water, but by steaming them. The dough is very good, soft and airy. It’s very pleasant to work with, the dumplings come out exactly the same.
