Duck fillet in the oven

STEP 1

How to make duck fillet in the oven? Prepare all products. You will need duck fillet with skin.
STEP 2

Rinse the duck fillet with water and rub with salt.
STEP 3

Sprinkle the meat with spices, pour vegetable oil over it and rub well.
STEP 4

Make cuts along the skin, but without touching the meat.
STEP 5

Chop the onions into half rings.
STEP 6

Cut the garlic into thin pieces.
STEP 7

Pour the onion first and then the garlic into the baking dish.
STEP 8

Place the duck on top and place in the oven.
STEP 9

Duck fillet is baked for about 1 hour at a temperature of 190 degrees. Before serving, cut the fillet into pieces. Bon appetit!
