STEP 1

How to make dessert in a glass? Measure out the ingredients you need. You can take milk of any fat content. Choose your own white chocolate, I have callets, you can use slab chocolate, it’s not critical. Be sure to consider the sweetness of the chocolate. If it is too sweet for you, use less sugar.
STEP 2

In a separate bowl, whisk the raw egg until smooth.
STEP 3

Melt the butter over low heat. You can use the microwave for this, although we will still need the stove on. The pan with oil should be on the stove over low heat. Take a pan with a thick bottom.
STEP 4

Add sugar and flour to the melted butter and stir until smooth.
STEP 5

Pour milk into the butter and mix everything again.
STEP 6

Add white chocolate, broken into small pieces, to the milk mixture and mix well until smooth.
STEP 7

While constantly stirring, pour the beaten egg into the mixture.
STEP 8

Cook the pudding for another 1-2 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly. Then remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 9

Divide the pudding into 2 equal parts.
STEP 10

Add cocoa to one part and mix thoroughly.
STEP 11

Transfer both mixtures into pastry bags and cool at room temperature.
STEP 12

Alternating layers, pour both mixtures into glasses. You should have a dessert in layers, white and chocolate. You can choose the thickness of the layers yourself. Even uneven, they will look beautiful in a transparent glass.
STEP 13

Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle desserts with cocoa, garnish with cookies and mint.
