    We prepare all the ingredients for making an unusual brownie with strawberries called “Carrot Bed”.

    Break the dark chocolate into small pieces, and also cut the butter into small cubes. Transfer the prepared products into a ladle and simmer over low heat.

    Remove the ladle from the heat, add sugar and stir. Place the saucepan on the fire again and, stirring constantly, cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool a little.

    After the mixture has cooled slightly, add chicken eggs and yolk and mix.

    Next, add the wheat flour and cocoa sifted through a sieve, mix the chocolate mass with a spatula until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

    Line the pan with baking paper, pour in the dough and bake the brownies in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

    Grease the finished brownie with jam. It is better to use currant or blueberry, as the colors of these jams are dark, which will give a greater imitation of “earth”. Brightly colored jams will ruin this effect. Using a knife, carefully cut off the edges of the brownie to make the dessert look neater.

    Separate dark cookies, such as Oreo, remove the cream filling with a knife and chop. Sprinkle crushed cookies over brownies.

    Melt white chocolate in a steam bath. Add coloring, mix and pour the chocolate into a narrow glass. Place the washed and dried strawberries on a wooden skewer and dip them into a glass of melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off and place the berries on parchment paper. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature.
