    How to make a delicious purple cabbage salad? Prepare your food. Place the peas and carrots in a sieve to remove excess moisture. Instead of ham, you can take any sausage (boiled, smoked) or meat (boiled, smoked, baked). Wash the greens well and dry.

    Prepare the slices. Chop both types of cabbage very thinly. You can use a regular knife, a special shredding knife, or a grater. Directly on the board, add a little salt and crush the cabbage with your hands, especially purple cabbage, since its leaves are tougher than white cabbage. Cut the ham into strips, finely chop the greens. Also cut the Korean carrots into smaller pieces.

A very bright salad, and even without mayonnaise. I decided to make a delicious purple cabbage salad for a light dinner. I cooked exclusively from purple cabbage without adding white cabbage. I took a fresh carrot and roughly grated it. I added onions myself. From the greens I chose fresh dill. Instead of ham I put raw smoked sausage, but did not fry it. Seasoned with oil and a little salt. The dinner turned out to be very colorful. Everyone liked this healthy and light salad. It's crunchy, filling, flavorful and delicious. They devoured a whole bowl. I will make it again, it’s a very tasty salad. And I recommend it to everyone! Thanks to the author!
