Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out our curd triangles. They will expand as they fry, so don't fry too much at once. And fry over low heat with a lid.
STEP 9

As soon as one side is browned, we turn it over to the other) And so we fry all sides until done.

Ready-made curd triangles can be rolled in sugar - well, it turns out to be a very tasty delicacy)))
