Curd casserole with carrots

Healthy and delicious food! Simple, appetizing and incredibly delicious! Carrots are very good for vision. You need to eat it, but you don’t always want to chew it raw. From it, like from other vegetables, you can prepare various dishes. I like the culinary recipe “Curd Casserole with Carrots.” I give you the amount of sugar that can be used to prepare the casserole for the second course. If you want dessert, just add more sugar. The casserole should be tender and light.

thank you, it turned out absolutely amazing! I’m sneaking the recipe into my favorite KK! To be honest, I didn’t think it would be so tasty with carrots... I’ll probably have to experiment with something like this with beets)

You don’t have to drain the water from the carrots - just add semolina instead of flour and wait for it to swell. I have had this recipe for a long time - even from the calendar - there were some who remember it. I do everything by eye, but it always turns out great. While still in the oven, you can brush it with honey or sour cream before turning it off.
