Curd cake in a bread machine
A fragrant cupcake for tea in a bread maker! Hurry here, because it’s very simple. This was my experiment, because usually another assistant in the kitchen helps me with cupcakes - a multicooker. But I must say, it was a success: the cake turned out very tasty, with a light citrus aroma, and besides, the bread maker helped me with the kneading, while I was preparing dinner

I prepared a cottage cheese cake for tea in the bread maker. I used cottage cheese with a fat content of 9 percent. Eggs category C1. I didn't add any zest. Instead of raisins, my daughter asked to add chocolate pieces (we had them in multi-colored glaze). My bread machine does not have a “Cake” mode, so first I turned on the “Dough” mode (the dough was kneaded for half an hour), and then the “Baking” mode. My cake took 1 hour and 20 minutes to bake. The cake turned out to be very tender, soft, and fluffy. The taste of soda is not noticeable. There is a very pleasant creamy taste. It turned out super delicious! Thank you very much for the recipe!

Tasty, but it turned out glazed. Zelmer bread maker, load liquid first, then solid, according to the recipe I loaded it the other way around. I'll try again, the cupcake is delicious.

And if the bread maker does not have a cake mode, can you use the bread mode?
