Curd butter pie in a slow cooker

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

For the dough we need: flour, sugar, butter, baking powder.
STEP 2

For the filling we will need: cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar.
STEP 3

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla sugar. You should get a fluffy foam.
STEP 4

Add cottage cheese and beat again.
STEP 5

The filling is ready!
STEP 6

Prepare the dough: mix flour, sugar, baking powder. Grate the butter on a coarse grater.
STEP 7

Grease the bowl with oil or you can use baking paper (it’s convenient to remove the cake). Lay out the first layer: distribute some of the dough and butter evenly on the bottom of the bowl.
STEP 8

Then the second layer: filling. Top the filling with the remaining dough and butter. Close the microcooker and set the “Baking” mode for 60 minutes.
STEP 9

And here it is - a pie with cottage cheese :)
STEP 10

And for my daughter, I poured honey on the pie and decorated it with walnuts!
