I was looking for a recipe for strawberry pie on my favorite website, and found a real strawberry cupcake with condensed milk! I have never tried adding condensed milk to baked goods, except for cake layers. It turned out that it produces a very interesting taste, maybe more delicate. After reading the recipe to the end, I saw the author’s suggestion to try replacing butter with egg and sour cream. I was very interested in this option, especially since I wanted a more “dietary” pie) To replace it, I measured one egg on the scales, it weighed 60 g and added sour cream up to 200 g. It took me a couple of spoons more flour to get the desired consistency. I rinsed the strawberries with water and dried them in the open air. Unfortunately, the finished cake was still wet around the berries. But the dough is not raw and this did not affect the taste in any way. The cake is absolutely amazingly tender and delicious! I liked the sweetness, not cloying, but sweet enough. And strawberries pleasantly complement with their sourness. Thank you, the cupcake is delicious!
