  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a cranberry muffin? Prepare the necessary products.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Combine eggs with sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add milk, soda and flour. If desired, you can add vanilla sugar. Mix everything. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream. Be prepared that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Grease a baking dish with butter and add cranberries.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour in the dough. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until done. Test the doneness of the cake with a toothpick. Poke it into the middle of the cake; if the toothpick comes out dry, the cake is ready.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Let our cake cool a little.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Remove the cake from the mold and enjoy homemade baking.

Great recipe for Cranberry Muffin! I didn't have any cranberries. But there were frozen strawberries. The berries are large, I cut them in half without defrosting, rolled them in starch, greased the mold with oil, sprinkled with flour, poured a little dough, put the berries, and added the rest of the dough on top. Baked at 170 degrees on the “convection” mode. The berries rose to the top so beautifully and deliciously. Easy and simple, from available products. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

I really liked the recipe, it’s especially good that the dough is prepared completely without oil. It’s a pity that I can’t find cranberries now, but I think red currants should go here too!

Great recipe. Because there were no cranberries, I baked with frozen red currants (without defrosting). Before this recipe, I had a very similar one: it uses kefir (any fermented milk product) instead of milk. Apples are a good filler. Try it, it's delicious too. And I’m taking your recipe into my CC. Thank you.
