This is the preparation of Bulgarian soup, but in our case it is just a country soup. The taste of cucumber is very appropriate here. Feel free to cook it very tasty. I add garlic as soon as I pour boiling water over it.

An interesting version of summer vegetable soup, although for me it’s more like a stew. I think that instead of cucumber you can add young zucchini, although I’ll have to try it with cucumber thanks for the recipe
