Corn in tomato

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We will need: canned corn, tomato paste, onion, sunflower oil (0.5 tablespoon to grease the frying pan and 1 tablespoon when cooking), granulated sugar and any herbs to your taste. Now I have parsley (this is for decoration)
STEP 2

Peel and finely chop the onion.
STEP 3

Place it in a frying pan greased (0.5 tbsp with oil) and put it on gas. Fry the onion a little.
STEP 4

While the onions are fried, mix tomato paste, sugar and sunflower oil.
STEP 5

Mix very well until smooth. This is our delicious sauce.
STEP 6

Drain the corn in a colander, then transfer it to the lightly fried onion, which is in the frying pan.
STEP 7

Mix onion and corn in a frying pan.
STEP 8

Now add our prepared delicious sauce to the frying pan with onions and corn.
STEP 9

Mix everything and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 10

At this time, cut the already washed greens.
STEP 11

When serving, place the cooked corn on a plate in a heap and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. It could be parsley, dill or green onions. Bon appetit!!!
