Corn in tomato

A simple and quick way to please yourself with hot, delicious corn. I don’t know about you, but after salads I often have half a jar of corn left. Another day and it will go bad... it's a pity. And recently I remembered my mother’s old recipe. I tried it myself and liked it.... I suggested that my husband also liked it: “original but tasty,” he says. I hope you like it too. It’s quick, it’s simply impossible to spoil it, and most importantly it’s a pleasant and not often found combination of ingredients.

Tatyana, corn salad is just a miracle! Everything ingenious is simple! It’s not for nothing that they say that the most delicious recipes are born from leftover ingredients. A little bit of this...and that...and wow - a masterpiece! I will leave this option for the winter, but now the market is full of fresh corn and ripe tomatoes - so I’ll get ready for such a fresh salad while it’s summer! Thank you very much for the recipe!
