Wonderful crispy and crumbly cookies made from shortcrust pastry lard! For those who prefer natural fats in baking and are not afraid of extra calories. I just combined all the products in a bowl, but you should still add the flour gradually, it may not all go away. In my case, the dough turned out very tiny, but this problem was solved with a spoonful of ice water. I also added a little vanilla sugar when kneading. I prepared the dough the night before and left it in the refrigerator overnight. I rolled out the dough directly on the baking mat, dusting the dough well with flour so that it did not stick to the rolling pin. I baked it in the oven for about 20 minutes, but was more focused not on the time, but on the appearance of the cookies - they were a little browned around the edges. Very tasty shortbread cookies, moderately sweet, absolutely no lard, aromatic and pleasant to the taste!
