Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Ingredients.
STEP 2
Beat soft butter with sugar. Add sesame seeds (lightly fry them first and let them cool completely) and mix.
STEP 3
Add sifted flour.
STEP 4
Knead the lumpy dough with quick movements.
STEP 5
We collect it into a ball (if you suddenly added too much flour and the dough does not hold, add 1 tsp or a little more cold water) and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
STEP 6
Roll out the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick. Cut the dough into rectangles and place on a baking sheet.
STEP 7
Bake in an oven preheated to 190 C for about 15-17 minutes (the edges of the cookies should turn golden). Let it cool completely.
STEP 8
For decoration we take chocolate dragee in glaze, sugar sprinkles and chocolate. In addition to all this, you can take chopped nuts, coconut, chocolate chips
STEP 9
Melt black or white chocolate (I used white), fill a thick bag (or a disposable pastry bag) with chocolate, cut off a corner and randomly apply chocolate to the surface of the cookies. Place dragees on top of the chocolate or decorate as you wish.
