STEP 1
To prepare cod with potatoes in the oven, take the ingredients according to the list: potatoes, carrots, onions, cod, tomato, butter, salt and pepper, dry thyme.
STEP 2
Cut potatoes and carrots into slices.
STEP 3
Place in a saucepan and cook until half cooked (can be done in the microwave).
STEP 4
Fillet the cod and cut into pieces.
STEP 5
Place potatoes, carrots, onions in layers in a baking dish, then fish, and again potatoes and carrots. Salt and pepper, add oil. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour (add time for warming up the pan). Then add the tomato slices and thyme.
STEP 6
Cod with potatoes in the oven is ready!
STEP 7
Serve the dish for lunch right away while it's hot. Very fragrant and appetizing!
