just a wonderful recipe. fast and simple. premium flour. fresh eggs. You can buy sour cream in a store of any fat content, but if you have homemade it’s even better. You can also buy milk of any fat content, but homemade milk is also suitable, as long as it is fresh. Nice simple recipe. I baked it yesterday and it turned out great! Instead of butter I added vegetable oil. And apples and raisins. The results were tender, light muffins.
