Cocktail salad with cheese, shrimp and pineapple
The salad looks beautiful in glasses and bowls! I prepared this salad for the New Year's table. It turned out to be a very successful combination of all the ingredients. Tomato-mayonnaise sauce gives the salad a special piquancy.

How to make a cocktail salad with cheese, shrimp and pineapple? Peel the shrimp and boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes.
STEP 2
Grate the cheese and cut the crab sticks into small cubes.
STEP 3
Finely chop the Chinese cabbage leaves. It is better to cut off the white bases of the leaves, leaving only the soft green part.
STEP 4
Sauce. Combine mayonnaise and ketchup and mix.
STEP 5
Place Chinese cabbage on the bottom of bowls or glasses.

Spoon some sauce on top.

Place the corn and pour the sauce over it.

Distribute the pineapple pieces.

Then - crab sticks.
