I made classic soup with sausage for lunch. Both me and the children really liked it. I had ready-made broth cooked on a chicken wing, so I decided to cook soup with it. I also added a whole onion to the broth, because my daughter doesn’t like onion pieces in the soup. I cut the potatoes and sausage with a curly knife for beauty. The sausage I took was dense and tasty, because it will greatly affect the taste of the soup. I fried the carrots along with pieces of sausage, and then added them to the half-cooked potatoes. I noticed that if you cut vegetables and sausage (meat) into small pieces, they will cook faster. I think this soup is best prepared for one serving, because even very good sausage tastes better in freshly cooked soup). A tasty and light soup that is a pleasure to prepare! Thanks for the recipe! I recommend!
