I made a classic bigus from sauerkraut and was very pleased with the recipe. It was not convenient for me to cook in a frying pan, so I entrusted this task to a multicooker. First, I fried the pork ribs until golden brown (20 minutes). Then I added spices: a mixture of peppers, a little turmeric and ground coriander. Placed sauerkraut on top. It wasn't sour, so I didn't wash it. Simmered for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then I added the tomato and garlic and simmered for another 10 minutes. The process is not complicated, everything is clear. I love bigus very much, I cook it according to different recipes. And thanks to this recipe, I tried a new option for me). It turned out very tasty! Everything is so aromatic, the meat on the bones is the softest, the cabbage has also become soft and juicy. The addition of tomato paste gave the dish a nice spicy note.
