The discovery for me was adding a beaten egg to the porridge. Pour the egg mixture (egg, milk, sugar, salt) into the hot porridge and stir. I put the porridge in a greased pot. I cooked the porridge in the oven for 40 minutes at 200°. I set this temperature, focusing on the operation of my oven.
