Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 45 mins
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. Peel the vegetables. Boil water. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker and select the frying mode for 7 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the onion into cubes. When the multicooker “informs that it’s ready,” put the onions in a bowl to fry.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Three carrots on a fine grater and add to the onion.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    We wash the cereal well.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Our vegetables have stewed well and become soft.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add washed cereal to the vegetables.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour boiling water over everything. I cook this porridge 1:3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add your favorite spices. Stir, close the multicooker and turn on the “porridge” mode for 25 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

After the end of the cooking time, do not open the lid for another 10 minutes, let the porridge stand in the “warm” mode - it will turn out even more tender and softer))

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Pour the finished porridge into plates and invite everyone to enjoy it)) You can have it with a cutlet, with fish, with vegetables - whoever likes it with what)) Bon appetit!

Olchik, what an appetizing porridge you made) I also cook it (though rarely, my family doesn’t really like it), only in a cast iron frying pan, otherwise it’s not very convenient to cook porridge in my multicooker-pressure cooker, I use them more often I just steam it in it))
