How to make classic French toast with eggs for breakfast? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the eggs and beat them into a bowl. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Salt should be added to make the toast taste brighter, but this ingredient is not at all necessary.

Beat the mixture thoroughly with a fork or whisk until air bubbles appear. This step took me about two minutes.

Pour the milk into the egg mixture and stir the mixture thoroughly again for about a couple of minutes.

Periodically it is worth raising the toast and monitoring the color. Since the egg mixture contains sugar, the toast may burn quickly if the heat is too high. Once the toast is toasted, turn it over to the other side and cook for about two more minutes. Serve the toast hot. Bon appetit!
