The freshness of the eggs must be checked in advance by lowering them one by one into a glass of drinking water. If the egg floats, it is not fresh. A suitable egg should lie horizontally on the bottom.

    Wash the eggs under running water and beat them into a bowl. Stir with a fork until the white and yolk combine. You just need a homogeneous mass. Pour in milk and add salt. Stir the mixture again until smooth.

    Heat a small nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Melt the butter. In the classic recipe, scramble is fried in butter, not sunflower oil. Butter will significantly enrich the taste of the finished dish.

    Pour the egg mixture into the pan and wait about 20 seconds until the egg is just starting to set. The heat should be medium, do not cover with a lid.

    Immediately start mixing the eggs with a spatula in different directions, avoiding the formation of large pieces. Scramble is prepared very quickly, a couple of minutes at most, but, of course, it will be different for everyone. The exact time depends on the operating characteristics of your stove. When the mass becomes light and fluffy, but still somewhat moist, as in the photo, it means that the scramble is ready! This is the degree of readiness of a classic scramble.

    But personally, I kept the scramble on the fire for another half a minute. At what stage to stop the heat treatment is up to you. In any case, the scramble should not have a golden brown crust. This is a story about airiness, light humidity and light color. Before serving, pepper the dish to taste. Scramble is served immediately, sometimes right in the container in which it was prepared. I cook omelet often and in several versions. Thanks for the scramble. I will also offer a French version of omelette with cheese - my favorite!

He is simply incomparable!!! Tender, airy, light, just melts in your mouth! I liked the presentation in a cast iron frying pan so much that I also decided to cook and serve the scramble that way. I don’t know why, but before it never even occurred to me to do this; I always put the scramble on a plate. And you know what?! It tastes even better that way!!! Once again I am convinced that the presentation of a dish plays an important role, making it even more appetizing))) I am attaching two photographs, one of which is just a classic scrambled egg, without additional additives. Tasty!!! Very tasty!!! P.s. But with pieces of fried beef and green onions, this dish becomes simply bomb!!! Bon appetit everyone!

Classic egg scramble is one of my favorite breakfasts. I decided to make a dish using this recipe. It's very quick and easy to do everything. Beat the eggs with a fork, adding salt. Added milk and whisked again. Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg and milk mixture. I held it a little so that the bottom grabbed hold. Then she began to actively stir the mass with a spatula. Delicious lumps of omelette began to appear before our eyes. Cooked on high heat. I transferred the scramble to a plate and topped it with homemade ham. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and garnish with fresh parsley leaves. The view is amazing. By the way, scramble translated from English means a mixed omelette) The taste is delicate, creamy, milky, eggy, very satisfying, aromatic and tasty.
