We prepare the products.

Pour all the water into a pan, it is better to take a pan with a thick bottom. Cut the butter into it and add a pinch of salt.

Bring to a boil and switch to low heat.
STEP 4
Gradually add flour and try to avoid the appearance of lumps. But if this happens, you need to remove it from the heat and crush the dough with a masher. Mix thoroughly. Another 2 minutes, on low heat, and remove from the stove. The dough should come away from the sides of the pan.

Let the dough cool to about 60 degrees. Then add the eggs one at a time. It is important to mix after each egg.

Next we put the dough into a cornet, I replaced it with a thick plastic bag with a cut corner.

Make cakes of any shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
STEP 9

You need to bake the cakes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 10
The cakes will be hollow and can be filled with any cream. I used regular protein cream.
