Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients for making chocolate truffles. This is milk powder, good quality cocoa powder, granulated sugar, butter (natural, high quality), a little water and walnuts.
STEP 2
Pour clean water into the pan, add granulated sugar, bring to a boil and, stirring, cook for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Add butter and cocoa powder to hot syrup. Since it is cocoa that will determine the future taste of the finished sweets, do not skimp and purchase high-quality cocoa.
STEP 4
Add chopped walnuts.
STEP 5
Next, gradually add dry milk and carefully observe the consistency; as soon as the mass becomes thick enough and does not stick to your hands, you do not need to add any more milk. Further, opinions vary: some say that the mass needs to be formed while it is warm, others claim that its place is in the refrigerator or even the freezer, where it will thicken and form well.
STEP 6
Roll the formed candies in something tasty: chopped nuts, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, crushed wafers, powdered sugar.
