Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Beat the whites to soft peaks.
STEP 2

Gradually add sugar.
STEP 3

Beat until stiff peaks form.
STEP 4

Add cocoa.
STEP 5

Add grated chocolate.
STEP 6

Mix gently from top to bottom.
STEP 7

Prepare a cooking bag and nozzle.
STEP 8

Place the mixture into a bag.
STEP 9

Place parchment on a baking sheet. Place small cookies on it - the size of a small walnut.
STEP 10

Bake the meringue in the oven for 18-20 minutes at 150 degrees. The meringue should be crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside.
STEP 11

Cool the meringue.
STEP 12

If desired, you can glue the halves together with melted chocolate.
STEP 13

To prepare these cookies, I took 3 egg whites, 5 tablespoons of sugar, and left the amount of cocoa as in the recipe. I used bitter chocolate 70% cocoa. These cookies are quite simple to prepare, and the result exceeds all expectations! This is very tasty! It took a little longer to prepare than indicated. And I decided not to combine the ready-made treats with chocolate. They ate quickly anyway.
