Chocolate dessert without baking and gelatin
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients. Milk and butter can be used at any fat content. You need to take high-quality chocolate. Pour the milk into a deep saucepan and place on the stove.
STEP 2

Heat, but do not boil. Break the chocolate bar into small squares and gradually add it to the milk, mix thoroughly with a spoon until the chocolate is completely dissolved and let the milk-chocolate mass boil.
STEP 3

Add 100 g of semolina to boiling milk in a thin stream so that lumps do not form. Mix. Next add sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until thickened and let the mixture cool completely.
STEP 4

Add butter to the cooled mass and beat with a mixer for 3-5 minutes. After the mass is well beaten, it will become homogeneous and airy.
STEP 5

Place the chocolate dessert in glasses or bowls, decorate as desired (with grated chocolate, coconut flakes or fresh fruit) and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours, after which we serve.
