Chocolate cupcakes with boiled condensed milk

STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Soften the butter at room temperature in advance.
STEP 2

Beat sugar with 130 grams of butter
STEP 3

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time.
STEP 4

Pour milk, add flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
STEP 5

Beat everything again.
STEP 6

Place the finished dough into the molds, filling them no more than 2/3 of the volume.
STEP 7

Cover the top with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
STEP 8

Remove the center from the cooled cupcakes with a spoon and fill them with cream or any other filling. Any berry or fruit jam, boiled condensed milk or chocolate sauce will do. For the top I used buttercream. To do this, beat the remaining butter with boiled condensed milk and deposit the finished cream using a piping bag. Decorate to taste. Chocolate cupcakes are ready. Can be served immediately. Bon appetit!
