I make this cake often, it’s quick and delicious. True, from my own experience I have revealed several nuances. It is better if the mug does not taper downward, as the biscuit may dry out in this area. And the dough should not take up more than half the space in the cup, preferably a third, otherwise it will “run away.”

I really liked your sponge cake recipe, I prepare it for 2 servings at once in a glass bowl, pouring 2/3 of the volume, and increasing the time to 7 minutes. I added apples and peaches, cut into small cubes, to the dough, it turned out even tastier. I tried it with banana, but I didn’t like it, it turns out steamed and loses its taste. If there are no fillers, then you can cut it into 3 layers and spread with whipped sour cream. The recipe is simply wonderful, and it’s not just quick to prepare. but instantly. Thank you very much.
