    We get wet crumbs. Try it, if it molds well, then you can form sweets, and if there is not enough moisture, add cherry juice or aromatic alcohol.

    We form candies from the chocolate mass, hiding a cherry inside each (if you like candies a la drunken cherries, then you can fill the cherries with cognac or rum in the evening). Roll the finished candies in cocoa powder. Instead of cocoa, you can use powdered sugar (for those who like it sweeter) or cover it with chocolate.

I also liked these sweets!!! I understand that they taste like potato cake? I made something similar to these, only in the form of cakes and instead of savoiardi I used a sponge cake that I had baked the day before. Probably, with biscuit cookies the taste will be completely different, but this is also an option. Very, very tasty! I made the sprinkles from a mixture of cocoa and powdered sugar and sprinkled them on the candies after letting them sit for 30 minutes. in a refrigerator. Cocoa does not melt when cold, and they look beautiful. I have a cherry with a pit. I didn’t delete it because... I planned to insist on cognac (it will absorb less alcohol).
