Chocolate cake with plums and walnuts

Wonderful autumn pastries for tea or coffee. I usually cook a lot of things with plums. But not this year. So, in my free time, I decided to fill the gap and make this wonderful plum cake with a bright cinnamon flavor. Help yourself!

    Measure out ingredients.

    Melt the chocolate.

    Add soft butter to chocolate and stir.

    Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

    Pour the chocolate-butter mixture into the eggs.

    Beat the mixture again with a mixer.

    Add yogurt, vegetable oil and mix until smooth.

    Add sifted flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

    Chop the nuts and add to the dough. I added another handful of dark chocolate drops.

    Mix everything thoroughly so that the nuts and chocolate are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

    Transfer the dough into a form greased with vegetable oil.

    Wash the plums, dry them, cut them in half and remove the pits.

    Place plum halves on the dough, pressing them into the dough. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 50 minutes.
