Chinese sweet and spicy chicken pilaf

An unusual recipe for cooking pilaf according to the Chinese recipe! In one of the books about China and the Chinese, I came across an interesting culinary recipe for Chinese spicy-sweet chicken pilaf. There are many legends about the “omnivorousness” of Chinese cuisine, but in real life the Chinese prefer simple, natural food, which is why Chinese food is widely popular all over the world.

Original recipe for pilaf. I haven’t tried Chinese yet, but I will definitely cook it :) I think that in addition to the Curry spice, the Turmeric spice would be appropriate in the dish. And almonds, it seems to me, are superfluous at this festival of the belly... although maybe not. It's worth trying to be sure. The only thing that is a little confusing is that the cooking technique is not quite similar to preparing traditional pilaf. The meat and rice are cooked separately and then simply mixed together. I think it will be tastier if the chicken is also fried in spices. In any case, thanks to the author for the amazing recipe, and I apologize if I accidentally offended you in some way :)
