STEP 1

How to make chicken zrazy with mushrooms? Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces. Peel the onion and cut into 4 parts. Peel the garlic. Pour milk over the bread, let it brew for a while and squeeze out the excess liquid. Now you need to make minced meat from the prepared ingredients. To do this, pass the chicken, onions, garlic and bread through a meat grinder. But there is another option: put it all in a blender bowl and grind. Beat the eggs into the prepared mixture.
STEP 2

Wash the mushrooms, chop and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil, stirring over medium heat. After 3 minutes, add the onions to the mushrooms and fry together for a couple more minutes.
STEP 3

Beat the eggs with sour cream, pour over the mushrooms and onions and prepare an omelet.
STEP 4

Let the finished omelette cool and cut it into pieces. Make flat cakes from the minced meat and add the filling.
STEP 5

Now form oval-shaped and medium-sized cutlets. Then roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry the zrazy in a frying pan in butter on both sides until golden brown and completely cooked. The heat is moderate so that the cutlets have time to cook well. You can add a little vegetable oil to the butter so that it does not burn.

Serve with your favorite side dish and salad.
