Chicken with zucchini in a slow cooker

STEP 1
Set of products. You can use any other parts of the chicken.

Rub the thighs with salt and spices and let them sit for a while.

Turn on the multicooker to Fry mode, 130 degrees, for thirty minutes. Pour oil into a bowl and heat slightly. Then place the thighs skin side down and close the lid. Cook for ten minutes.
STEP 4
Meanwhile, chop the carrots into thin slices and chop the onion randomly, not very finely.
STEP 5
Turn the thighs over to the other side and cook for another ten minutes.
STEP 6
Then we move them to the side and put onions and carrots on the bottom. Stir lightly and close the lid. Cook until the end of the mode.
STEP 7
While the vegetables are simmering, cut the zucchini into large cubes.
STEP 8
After the signal, put the zucchini in a bowl and add some salt. Place sour cream on top.
STEP 9
Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
STEP 10
Close the lid and cook on the Stew mode for one hour.
