Chicken with pear in the oven
A simple and very tasty dish for a family dinner. Chicken with pears is an easy-to-prepare dish with a hint of sweetness and a subtle hint of soy sauce. Baked pears become soft, sweet, with a meaty aroma and very tasty. It's hard to tear yourself away from such a chicken. But it is best to take pears that are not too soft, otherwise they may turn into mush during cooking.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make chicken with pear in the oven? Prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2

Cut the washed pears into pieces, removing the core.
STEP 3

Line a baking dish with foil. Cut a piece of foil long enough to completely cover the chicken with pears. In a separate container, mix salt, sunflower oil, soy sauce and citric acid. Coat the chicken legs with the mixture and place them on foil. Place pear slices on top of the chicken legs.
STEP 4

Fold the edges of the foil over. This will give the chicken juice and make it very juicy. Place the baking dish in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees.
STEP 5

After 45 minutes, carefully open the foil to allow the chicken time to brown. Place the pan back in the oven.
STEP 6

Serve the finished dish with a side dish of your choice. Bon appetit!
