Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

At the beginning of preparing the dish, you need to mix all the spices along with the oil.
STEP 2

Coat the chicken with spices, stuffing basil and rosemary inside
STEP 3

Wrap the chicken in foil so that there are no holes. Very tight.
STEP 4

Pour 2 kg into the bottom of the cauldron. salt and smooth over the bottom.

Place the chicken in foil on top, so that it does not come into contact anywhere with the walls of the cauldron.
STEP 6

Add the rest of the salt. Submerge the chicken completely in salt.
STEP 7
