I cooked chicken thighs in sour cream and I want to say that it is very tasty: tender, juicy meat and a crispy, delicious crust! And it’s not difficult to prepare. I washed the chicken thighs, dried them, and put them in a deep bowl. Added sour cream, salt, pepper, smoked paprika. Mixed so that each thigh was covered in sour cream sauce. I made chicken thighs in sour cream for dinner today. A very simple and tasty dish!
