    How to make chicken strips? First, prepare the required ingredients. Remove the skin from the chicken fillet, if necessary, cut off all excess, rinse thoroughly and dry with a paper towel. Now cut the meat into fairly long strips about 2.5 centimeters wide.

    Transfer the chopped chicken to a suitable bowl. Add water, olive oil, hot pepper, black pepper, dried garlic and salt to it. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.

    Cover the chicken with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or better yet, 12 hours. In fact, it's convenient. We marinated it in the morning, and in the evening you can already invite guests.

    After this time, prepare a bowl of boiled water and a colander. Place a deep dish on the stove, I use a wok frying pan. Pour vegetable oil for deep frying into it and set to heat up.

    Now coat the chicken pieces in corn flakes on all sides. You can use unsweetened breakfast cereals instead of instant corn flakes. In this case, they need to be crushed, and after deboning, press them well onto the chicken with your hands.

The recipe is great, exactly the same as in FSC, and the smell.... The most interesting thing is that we cooked it in a pressure cooker, and there they will be ready in 15 minutes!!!! I made strips for the first time, the recipe is perfect! The result was juicy meat, crispy crust, everything was spicy and very tasty.
