What to cook for lunch with processed cheese? By searching by ingredients, which is very convenient, I found an interesting version of lunch soup. I decided to experiment and make chicken protein soup with melted cheese. It took me about 25 or 30 minutes to cook. I used ready-made chicken broth. I cut the onion finely, the potatoes into small pieces, and the carrots into slices. I sent the vegetables into the boiling broth along with the rice. Cooked for 20 minutes and removed from the stove. Added grated cheese and stirred until completely dissolved. Ready! Everything is extremely simple and easy! I just didn’t put in any greens; the child doesn’t particularly like them. The soup brewed and we tried it with the whole family at the dinner table. This is something! The taste was so milky and delicate. Rice fits perfectly here. The vegetables are soft, and the processed cheese has completely dissolved. Cheese soup without frying is a dietary and healthy dish. Now this is one of my favorite soups! Many thanks to the author!

Delicious and filling soup. I generally love cheese soup, and I really liked this one. The cream cheese, when dissolved, makes the broth thick and rich, almost like a cream of soup. And the children love it when I add processed cheese with some kind of additive, for example mushroom, then the taste of the soup becomes even more interesting. It is easy to prepare and turns out light and at the same time very nutritious.
