Dry the legs with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Wash the apples, dry and cut into slices. Which apples are better to take? Fruits of sweet and sour-sweet varieties are ideal for the recipe. I use sweet ones more often. Place the legs and fruit in a deep container.

    Peel the onions and garlic. Rinse and dry. Cut the onion into large feathers, and the garlic cloves in half or into quarters. Send to chicken with apples. Add salt to taste and all the spices. The sweetness of the apple and juicy tender chicken is the perfect combination of flavors! I'm serious! Distant notes of garlic dilute the history of this dish with their tartness, giving it a piquant flavor. But the most important thing is the juice! The juice that is obtained during the cooking process! This is just an incredible combination of all the spices, smells and tastes, in just one drop of urgent and aromatic broth! Which will perfectly complement any side dish! I made this dish for 2 people, adding some carrots and preparing a side dish of rice separately. Perfect for PP!
