I thought the most suitable option was a recipe for chicken in the oven, delicious and simply whole with a crust. I chose a large chicken weighing 1.9 kg. I washed it thoroughly, dried it and rubbed it with salt and chicken seasoning. I haven’t used bay leaves in this form before, and I haven’t combined them with chicken. But she still stuck the leaves under the skin and put them inside along with the garlic cloves. I baked the chicken for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees on a shelf below average so that the top does not burn. To my surprise, very little juice came out, but it was enough to periodically water the carcass on top. Indeed, the chicken turned out with a crispy, golden crust! And the meat is so soft, juicy and tasty! I took out the bay leaves after cooking. I thought they would stick to the skin, but they came out quite easily. But they gave off their aroma perfectly, just like the garlic! Thanks for the interesting recipe, we really liked it!
